Wrong email sent to me for a etransfer
I was given the wrong email address to send my final payment of 375.00 I sent my payment..nobody has responded! I've tried to cancel payment with no avail!..with the bank and mogo I've received absolutely no help or response from anyone...if I could even get my payment sent to the proper department that would resolve my issue!!!...or have my payment sent so I can proceed with my loan !!!

Funds sent to wrong email
I sent an etransfer in the amount of 375.00 which was the remainder of my loan the transfer was sent to the email of info@***.com...this was the address I was given via email !.. I've contacted my bank to cancel which they can't since it was autodeposited !
...I'm at a loss here with no help from anyone in this department!.. all I ask is for the funds sent or better yet if it can b sent to the right address so I can proceed with my loan

Staff bullying by a mogo team member
Iv been a vistim pf theft n bullying by a member of your team i originally started getting harrased over a year ago by a lady there n she was very rude n dissrespectfull. I was using mogo as a side hustle n recruting new custumers for a 5 dollar paymeant per referal n accumilayed 420 i put all invested in bit coun.
I have pleaded w this lady to give my money n she was willing at the begging over a year ago but i wanted to be civil n keep building my mogo account n work things out. She harrassed me till i finnally gave in n sent my iD but then she wanted other things n told me i wasnt aloud to use a free text number app as contact. So i gave her my labd line n since then she wont give me my money or access to my mogo banking.
I would like to have this lady charged n held accountablle for her aggressive manner in dealing with custumers n will be pursuing crimminal charges against this lady. Her name is victoria.

Harrasment n bullyingn theft by mogo team member
A lady by the name victoria started harrassing me n threatning me n also closed my account for no reason. I gave no permission to close my account or take the funds out.
Id like my account reopened. Iv done nothing wrong.
N when asked to provide my ID i did n then she still refused to let me hhave access. Its becuase victoria took my money n that is a crime of theft n fruad.great way to make money by referalls if mogo doesnt steal it back.

So its been 3 days n no one from the mogo team has emailed me in regards to victoria loocking my account n stealing my money victoria is a lady that claims to work for mogo n refudes to give me my money 420 dollars

Customer service or lack thereof
This company's website goes on and on about how they care about you and will do whatever they can to help, that's *** I have had now 5 not 1 but instances in which they have double debited my account, or debited and returned the funds and then charge me NSF fees. I have screen shots and printed copies showing that not only were the funds there I had a large amount on top that would have covered it regardless.
If that isn't enough there's no way to contact them except their automated messenger, which takes on average 48 hours before a reply. I've dealt with 6 different people in that office 3 of whom have actually threatened me with legal actions over 1 missed $68 payment THEY *** up.
After days of fighting each time I was offered to have 1 payment skipped in the future, between their nsf and my banks nsf (totalling $70 accumulative per instance X 5 = $350) and I'm accused of being g unreasonable. AVOID MOGO

Never got my promotion
Was 20 dollar promotion to sign up with EQ bank.
Never got nothing . Everything was exactly done right to get it .
Emailed mogo 4 times , not even a email or phone call back. .

Money grabb
For the past yr I gave them 2200$ on a 2500$ loan 200$ a month and this is just for admin costs the principal never goes down in pension so for the rest of my life I will pay them 2200$ a yr cause they need the money for bonuses and parties

The company reached out to me and very clearly explained a glitch that it caught. My ID was in its Legal name but I used a shortened version.
The representative stated this was important to their situation in putting out the application. I found it reasonable and withdraw my complaint.
