Poor customer service

Web account access is horrible.
Still cannot access my account. No one at the location can help. Told me to call corp. Again, corp never returned my calls.
Site Manager #1 gave me information and instructions that were opposite to what site manager #2 told me.
Employees told me to speak with manager #3 "if she shows up for work at 6:00 pm" Seems as if she comes to work when she wants due to some supposed childcare issue.
