Ordered a too good to be true item prior Covid 19, there was ample time to ship it before it was considered a crisis. They failed to do so...
I contacted customer service specifically Lauren who said that they would be send “after the pandemic is over,” whatever that means...
here I am months later, the site is down, customer services is completely radio-silent, still no item and I'm out hundreds of dollars in unfilled orders. I’d be interested in filing a lawsuit jointly with any other similarly aggrieved customers.

SCAM - MODNIQUE.COM IS STEALING MONEY
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - I ORDERED AND RECEIVED JEWELRY. AFTER I RETURNED PART OF IT, I RECEIVED A STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT.
AFTER CHANGING OWNER, THEY STOLE MY STORE CREDIT OF ALMOST $350 WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME OR GIVE ME A DEADLINE TO USE IT! I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO GOT RIPPED OFF THAT WAY, AS MODNIQUE DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! FILING COMPLAINT WITH THE TO FTC!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IGNORANT AND CARELESS!!
