Have been trying to get in touch with this company to return two items or exchange them and can not get any response from them. It keeps telling me that they are busy and to try later. I have been at this for a week. Will never order from them again and will not recommend any of their products

My name is Linda Mitchell & a few weeks ago I placed an order but never received my order. It was for a shirt & necklace. My C. Card ends with: 6876 Visa. My address is : 3332 Renaissance Dr. Dallas, Tx 75287. Pls help me.. Thx Why are you not responding to my email?? You owe me merchandise or my money. Not Happy at all with your site.

Modlily review in Lewisville, Texas: Shoddy in many ways-return policy complicated
I had the money to take a chance, and I did. I lost this time. I ordered 4 different items around 30 dollars clearance, but each one was made of material that felt like recycled materials. The wovens were thick and felt like vinyl, the knits had were cut slipshod. All hideous as other reviews have said. The return policy is a joke, and only applies if you signed up as a member before you buy, so I am SOL. You have to apply for a ticket, and then they will respond sometime to tell you where to return to, and you have to use USPS, cannot use UPS or Fed Ex offices.

Modlily review in Rosanky, Texas: HORRIBLE COMPANY
Please do not order from this company. The company is in China and the old saying "slow boat from China" applies here. I ordered something in November around the 16th, 2018 and still don't have it. I was hesitant to order and should have went with my gut. At this point I don't have any faith that it will come. Even if it does come I have a feeling it will be trash!

Ordered 2 tunic tops on November 27, 2016 from Modlily and Paid with Pay Pal.
Modlily claims that it has shipped from China. As of today, 1/13/2017, I have not received my order! A couple weeks ago I opened a dispute with Pay Pal and told them that I never received my order. My Pay Pal status is that they are investigating. Don't know if it will ever arrive or if my money is gone forever! If it ever arrives, I will be happy to drop my dispute, whether I like what they send or not! I will never do business with them again! I agree with other people who have been burned by this company. There was no mention by Modlily that I should expect this!

Modlily - Shipping Service Review from Lufkin, Texas
I have the same experience as most. I bought a couple of dresses for my wife as a present. The email I got said once payment has been confirmed I would get shipment information. Well here we are two weeks after payment has gone though and nothing. The website gives you a number to call, just a message and they say they will get back to you within 24 hours. That didn't happen, I have called 5 times and still no reply. I guess you get what you pay for. There is no worry about me using this site again for my wife. I will just pay full prices, besides she is worth it!

I've had the same experience. Should have listened to my gut!
This is the first time I have used this website. I made my purchase on October 21st.
I was given a confirmation number. I have not received my order as yet.
I have emailed them with this complaint with no luck as to a reply. Is there anyone that has purchased from this website that had luck receiving their ordered item?
