Contact ModiBodi through the online chat. Got a reply straight away admitting the items should have been sent and havent.
Was promised communication via email, I have received no update and no product, furthermore my continued attempts to contact someone/anyone within the company have gone unanswered.
I was so excited about this product to take away on holidays with me. Now my opinion is clouded with frustration due to lack of communication.
