Resolved: Zero customer service and wanted to charge me $2 to connect me to staff to answer my questions
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Need to speak with Modibodi staff to sort out my delivery. The messed up the address.
No response, no telephone number.
No customer service!!! Don't order online

STOP SENDING ADVERTISEMENTS TO MY PHONE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY!! I feel I made a BIG MISTAKE purchasing from your company for my elderly friend who needed these pants and is in Age Care, now if anyone sees your UNWANTED Ads on my phone will think that I'm wearing them at my young age because I need them. PLEASE STOP SENDING ADS TO ME I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN, AND IF THESE CONTINUE I'LL START A CONVERSATION "WARNING" PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR HARASSMENT!!

Resolved: Lack of communication after an error in order dispatch
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
Contact ModiBodi through the online chat. Got a reply straight away admitting the items should have been sent and havent.
Was promised communication via email, I have received no update and no product, furthermore my continued attempts to contact someone/anyone within the company have gone unanswered.
I was so excited about this product to take away on holidays with me. Now my opinion is clouded with frustration due to lack of communication.

Did NOT RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR
Why in the world would I spend $154.70 on a waterproof bag.I never received the entire panty set for my daughter. Never received the 7 pair if menstrual panties that suppose to come in bundle.Custimer Can't be reached.
That's a lot of money for single moms and dads. Been waiting since June 30th and still nothing.NEED IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS HORROR!
Preferred solution: Send daughter a Neptune panty bundle size 12-14 Youth , As well as crediting $25.00 US Dollars Back to my Visa Card. For the huge inconvenience .
