They suck. Insist on money up front then become impossible to reach.

They have schedulers in India who will call you and leave a message to call back but they never accept or return calls. Consequently they WON'T schedule your work. The managers in Houston will tell you they can't help because all of the schedulers are in India; these managers and sales people in the Houston office think it's humorous that you can't get your job done. Especially a guy named Rick.

Rick would lie to his mother.

Once sold the Houston office people wash their hands concerning the best interest of their customers. Think twice before you do business with this Houston Group.

On January 17th, 2013 I purchased an entertainment Center and paid out of my checking account in the amount of $4,945.93 for it. I was told by my sales person that I would get the delivery in 10-14 days; they would call to make sure I was home before putting it on the schedule.

14 days passed and I had to call THEM on February 1st. I was told by sales person that my ET center was on back order and the wood was going to be purchased and then they would build it soon. I cancelled the order and was promised I would have cash in my account by the 5th. The 8th I called the manager who hadn't processed it because he couldn't read the numbers and had to wait for sales person to confirm his handwriting, which annoyed me because he could have just called ME.

Manager ASSURED me he would get it done that minute and I would see it in my account by the 11th but it takes time to process. I called Manager on the 11th and he emailed me the refund receipt. The slip showed it was refunded on THE 11TH, as we were on the phone! I called Customer Service on the 12th after the none of the numbers on the website were active numbers.

I assured customer service that I would report them as a store front scam if my money was not in my bank the next day as I had waited TOO LONG for a refund when they had MY MONEY next day, and so I demanded the same of them. By end of business on the 13th it was in my account.

It took me calling several times and threatening to report them as a FRAUD business to get my refund.

What kind of company IS THIS? I keep checking but the website still doesn't work and I am still convinced that they are not legitimate at all.
