Service department crooks

Took my 08 truck in yesterday 5/7/18 for a problem with air intake valves. Service didn’t bother running codes, checking the extent Of problem but quoted a $3,200 fix to replace entire air injection system. I personally ordered the part $342 and replaced the intake valves in 30 minuets and I’m not a mechanic. Lights are off and truck runs perfect.

Modern Toyota - Customer Care Review

I am hearing impaired and I called modern Toyota through the relay that has sign language interpretet, the sign language interpreter said modern Toyota sales manager just abruptly hung up on our call we called back an secretary answered she quickly hung up on us and cut our Calls on Blocked calls I had a voucher to buy a Car from the.Federal program.interpreter said it's a discrimination and should file a discrimination lawsuit against the dealership and be compensated for it on a $25,000 lawsuit for discriminatory on a hearing impaired person and I have a driver's license and these people are so rude very rude.interpreter told me they will not dial back.to that number again hey just slam phone on our calls it's very bad business I am warning the deaf and hearing impaired don't go there for anything not even a car it can make them lose the business and can be shut down for that horrible experience with them just horrible

Modern Toyota - Auto Service Appointment Review from Pfafftown, North Carolina

Modern Toyota in Winston Salem ,NC has the wrost customer service that I have ever experienced. I had a service appointment for 5pm. Please don't ever make this mistake. It is a mad dash to attempt to tackle the issue,however, if it cannot be fixed within 20 minutes you are just out of luck,most of the service employees are gone or closing up, the service manager,James Flippin, won't. address the concern and he leaves before 6pm as well. With all being said, Toyota does not care about the customers,they do not honor their word, and safety is not a concern of theirs once you have purchased the vehicle, for example my car would not start at times. This is why I was asked to bring it in, the issue could not be resolved in10 min. I had an out of state trip planned and they would not give me a loaner,they offered me a jump box,funny These people are crazy and I will never deal with them again
