2.40 am this morning, music blaring out, engine running...this is the third time this has happened, we've had 1.30 am, 3.35 am...we're absolutely furious!
Tell your drivers to turn off music when entering a residential area and keep it off! And better still, delivery at a reasonable hour for goodness sake!

I've been a customer for 4 weeks and have taken a look at the receipts. The receipts won't download, so I decided to look at the deliveries on the website and add up the items delivered.
Then, I took a look at the invoices. I've been charged over £146 for items delivered, totalling more than £76.
Customer service has advised me 4 times now to download the app and the invoices, even though I've advised them 3 times that the app isn't working. I'm owed £65 and they are refusing to refund the money.
