No customer service to speak or
I've been a customer for 4 weeks and have taken a look at the receipts. The receipts won't download, so I decided to look at the deliveries on the website and add up the items delivered.
Then, I took a look at the invoices. I've been charged over £146 for items delivered, totalling more than £76.
Customer service has advised me 4 times now to download the app and the invoices, even though I've advised them 3 times that the app isn't working. I'm owed £65 and they are refusing to refund the money.

Hi .but we took money from the account 2 times. 7.81 and 5.09 I am a new client and 2 payments have been withdrawn from my bank.
I ordered 2 milk, 1 juice and 1 ice oak coffee.

I thought that I had cancelled a delivery of everything on a date but the milk was cancelled but the eggs and orange juice were delivered which I did not want.ered
the company could make it easier to contact them by giving a phone number so that I could speak to a human instead of having to use the chat feature.
