Receiving a W2 even though I did not work there

I just received a W2 from MoDMarket even though I was not even employed there. How was my information even used?

All I did was get interviewed. I was going to be onboard, but I decided not to do a second job, so I never actually signed on. This interviewed was done in 2022, why am I receiving a W2 for 2023?

I didnt even receive a paycheck, because I didn't even work there. Please contact me asap because this looks like identity theft.

I never in my life seen employee be this I was at walnut hill Dallas location at 2:pm and there was a young girl making orders. .

She put an order up and I wanted to see the name and she very rudely asked me to put it back down. I will never go to your store again

I ordered some food yesterday from modern market and it canceled

So I had to order the same thing over, and I dont know why it canceled, but I ordered the same order again and it took, now I want my money back the first order was for $29.33, I would like someone to contact me back at 469-358-**** thank you
