False Advertising. Bait & Switch.
- - Sofa sectional advertised for $5,098; I paid online.
- - I received shipment prep confirmation, but the owner said the price was wrong and demanded more.
They advertise a sofa sectional for $5,098. I paid for it on their site, and they sent a confirmation that it was preparing for shipment.
Then the owner Jordan Ruck contacted me and said he had the wrong price advertised on the site and couldn't fulfill on the order unless I paid much more. Awful service.
