ModCloth - Low Quality Product Review from Alief, Texas
I tried buyin a pair of shoes off of the www.modaclhut.com site, they took the money and I never got the shoes. They claim to have designer shoes but it is all a scam! My account was never even updated after the money was transferred. The phone number that is given for customer service is a gift card/ rewards card service with no options to talk to a real person. And their contact email addresses do not return your emails or get to your questions. This site is a total SCAM! Do not use modaclhut

Modacluth is completely different from Modcloth who don't claim to have prime designer anything. They are an indie clothing type company. I think you got jipped, but not by Modcloth.
Well duh.
