Stay Far Away!
This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I have an issue with the collections on my site, I spent three days with a support person on chat, and she still didn't have a clue what I was talking about!!!
There is NO PHONE SUPPORT!!! Stay far away from this one!

Dumb *** Support People On Chat!
I just spent THREE days with this chat person "Samantha"... what an idiot!
She STILL cannot understand what the *** I'm talking about! I NEED HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THE *** THEY ARE DOING!!! I need the "collections" part of the "Filters" working, I cannot add any collections to it so that customers can navigate the Filters menu.
Sheesh!!! Seriously???!!!
PS: I cannot find an "order or contract number" but the site is thru Wix and is called FelineFrenzyBoutique.com

Modalyst and Aliexpress are ruining my business with their dodgy price highest once I have spent hours advertising their products on my site.
Modalyst have absolutely no control over the Aliexpress vendors ripping you off and damaging your Website.
My whole life is spent deleting products that I have spent hours listing because when I list a product that is $1.95 to buy they put it up automatically to about $18.00 for a piece of junk make up.
So I wake up EVERY MORNING to have to delete products I've spent the previous day looking fantastic and listing.
It's all a complete scam. Modalyst just let it all happen and do NOTHING about it even after 100 complaints. YOY CAN NOT MAKE MONEY.

Total rip off and waste of my life. Their sellers on Aliexpress are so dodgy.
As I put an order in the seller increases their price. So I don't make any money, only the dodgy Aliexpress seller does. And my customer is waiting for their order.
Modalyst have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. They are allowing scammers to do business.
You cant contact the sellers on Aliexpress as they are invisible. And when you actually do they have told me it is the currency rate that has changed. What by $15.00 in the last few seconds.
I have wasted TIME and MONEY on this scam. Up to 12 hours a day building a beautiful website only to be done over by these dirty leeches.
On my first sale they sent a CONGRATUATIONS you made $69.00 on your first sale...
I didn't even make $20.00 and it took me forever to do the payments and invoices as I was getting ripped off every time I put an order in.
I have been spending hours a day trying to find a better solution.DOT WASTE YOUR VALUBLE time. .
Preferred solution: All of the above. Why they don't answer my emails and complaints about their dodgy sellers and how they allow the sellers to change their prices From $3.95 Up by $40.00
