Called to get information, they said they would call back and did; they answered my questions immediately with both kindness and understanding. I am very satisfied!

I was asked to leave when I wanted fresh air and was told I could not get any without being barred from re-entry. You security staff were hostile, falsely asserting I was being aggressive, threatening to have me removed, never once concerned for my health.

I was pouring sweat after the first set of the concert which I had waited a quarter century to attend. How disappointed I was after being told there was no where to get a breath of fresh air without being locked out. I was literally suffocating from the lack of oxygen, visibly taxed and the security guards never once tried to assist. They went so far as to prevent another patron from briefly holding open the door to let air in.

I did not have a choice and had to get some air and missed out on a show of a lifetime. I paid for four seats to a show I missed due to the inhospitable policies of your establishment. My girlfriend also missed it as she decided to leave with me when your guard began to get hostile and threaten me. All I wanted (needed) was some air.

Is that too much to ask? I am asthmatic and 56 years old. I traversed your steps to the upper 300 level twice before then and was facing a third time. I had no choice but to leave.

I am very upset about this. Maybe you could reconsider your dangerous policy and provide some space where people who need to breathe can get some air.

So you closed the 7:30 showing but not the 3:30 showing and we could not even get out of our drive way to the freeway with the weather along with thousands of other people what a joke. You guys should be ashamed.

The weather was so bad and you guys expected people to travel to this and put their lives in danger. Also taking Max what a joke it was shut down.

I lost my wallet during the arctic monkeys concert on Sunday 9/24. I either dropped it in the GA section or near the GA bar.

It had 2 Chase cards, photos of me and my girlfriend, and my california ID. My full name on the ID is Christian Allen Castorena. Birthdate is 05/20/1998. The wallet is black and rectangular.

Still waiting for callback from Delta Dental Moda customer service. Called over an hour ago. Just trying to pay March bill.

There were no signs at points of entry to moda center nor alerts on events page that strobe lights would be employed during basketball tournament. I went to all games of the PK Invitational/Legacy tournament held at moda center and not until championship Sunday were lights an issue.

Sunday, lights were strobing. As an epileptic, this is an issue, one nobody at the main office on Monday cared to address.

Attendants at the game were kind and patient, Jay in box office as well. Willow in the office didn't even try to make things right, just offered me a sensory kit...

Every basketball game of the 2020-**** I have brought my IPad and checked it in a little annoying that there isnt a reason I cant bring it in. But this year I will have to pay $5 to check it in, or to just not bring it.

It is very inconvenient that I cant bring my IPad in in the first place but now I will have to pay $5 every game and I am a season ticket holder now Ill have to pay $205 to bring my IPad where phones are perfectly allowed. This just outrageous!

Portland or Moda center is now know as geriatric center! Not allowed to sing and dance at Eagles concert! It I had known this going in even through waited 43 yrs to see them.
