Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Layout of Store. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.
Order shipping date. It’s been 6 weeks???
No viable way to get order updates. No person to speak with.
Only 2 options on the phone contact and both deal with recall issues.
I suspect the company is sitting on shipments due to the tariffs. It has been 6 weeks since I ordered, the company has changed my credit card, but no shipping date.
Poor customer service
So far, POOR customer service in response time to my online submission, as well as unable to choose and speak to an agent at the phone number. Ive been trying for a week to have my issues resolved and nobody has responded.

Wrong item was sent to me. I ordered the bassinet with the stand.
You guys sent me from what I can gather. Its a chair or for a stroller and the bassinet stand.
Its not what I ordered. I like to return it.

Because i didn't receive my second seat and the second seat kit I only got three umbrellas which I didn't order three of them

Stroller shakes newborn horribly when walking on pavement. You cannot talk to anyone in this company.
They set up a time that they will call you then they cancel it by email. The worst customer service ever!
