Need to return a gift
This was a confusing situation as it was a gift that needed to be returned. I got the return instructions and sent it back.
I assume the purchaser got the refund. They did not have a case for a small tablet so no exchange was possible.

Coupon expires
The link for availing the coupon which I got for my purchase got expired as the shop boys didn't tell me the time frame to use that particular link...I got late to use as they told me u can use anytime &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; boy is small, so I didn't get time to use the link
