Watch wouldn’t turn on after charging.

I charged my watch overnight and the following morning it would not turn on. I called the helpline, and a representative guided me through the steps to restart it.
After a couple minutes of troubleshooting the problem was solved.

I sent a message to Mobvoi. They offered to replace the second one but no resolution on the first. I don't feel like they stand behind their products.
Very dry and laissez-faire. I will take the replacement, but I won't ever purchase a TicWatch again.
