Mobility Transportation Services - Transportation Service Review from Baltimore, Maryland

On Tuesday 3/3/2015, around 4:00 pm, I called for a reservation. I asked to be taken to Wal-Mart and arrive by 7:00 am. Pickup was scheduled for 6:12 am. I made a request to be picked up from at 8:30 am. I was told by the operator, a male that he would have to cancel my ride for 10:00 am. He proceeded to tell me that it was the only way I could get picked up. This is not my only complaint. Numerous times I did not get to my destination. On Oct. 7, 2014 I made reservations to be picked up from my home at 8:33 am to go to Sam's Club. Return was for 9:55 am to another destination and then picked up from there at 12:21 pm. I never reached my destination and eventually asked to be taken home. On Jan. 30, 2015, made a reservation to go to Wal-Mart, pick up time was schedule for 6:14 am. Return at 9:00 am to the Eastpoint Mall with pick up time at 11:03 am. I never arrived at the Eastpoint Mall. The driver was instructed by dispatch to drive back to Wal-Mart to drop off another customer even though he was a few blocks from my home. I had requested to be taken home since it was already 10:25 am and we had not arrived at Eastpoint. The scheduled pick up time to return from Eastpoint was 11:03. These a few incidents, but not every incident I have experienced with mobility services. Not mention the long wait for an operator to answer the phone and the website that only gives you an approximate pick up time. Or just give you a idea about what time the might show up! The rudeness of the operators when you call for a reservation and how fast they give you there I D number. By the way, they make you repeat yours several times. When I make a report or ask for a supervisor I get the run-around. Sometimes, not often, somebody will call me back with an excuse for the driver, the operator, or the person who made the reservation foe me! Sometimes I get a half hearted " I'm sorry " from somebody who claims to be the supervisor or who says there take complaints. I have been disrespected, left when the driver can't wait five and a half minutes for me. But wait 5, 10, 20, 25 minutes for another race or their friends. I'm sorry, I thought " all men are created equal". Then after waiting I'm the one being drop off last. Not to mention if the driver knows the person being picked up and you have been waiting for an hour or maybe two to get home or another destination. I thought this was a service provided for the disabled to get them to their destinations. I guess this only applies to who the driver wants to take to their destinations. Depending, of course, on what dispatch tells them. Again, I have been lied too, disrespected, and embarrassed by drivers, dispatchers, operators, and the like. I constantly have to beg for the lift when the driver arrives, and then embarrassed for asking for the lift or told its not on my manifest that you need the lift! Today, 3/3/2015 I was sent a bus with a broken lift and me and my PCA sit for 35 minutes while we waited for another driver to arrived with a instrument to pull up the lift before we were taken to our destination. This company needs a humanities class, a system of checks and balances, and all relatives should be fired! I know I am wasting my time, but thanks for letting me tell the truth!
