Found a dining on the site, called the Laval store for information. They told me they didn't have in Québec, that I will have to go to Ontario to get them , or ask Purolator. I asked if I could see a chair before I pay for them and go to all the process to get them. First the women told me know, then somebody in the back said they had some in the warehouse I could pass to see it. I agree and went to the store. Saw the chairs, and asked some information, the salesman told me that the other person will be their on the day after. So I called left a message, and waited. Two days later no news, so I called back. The same salesmen told me that he will check. Again waited and still didn't hear about them. So I called back, the again he told me that the person in charge wasn't their for the next two days, but that he called and the store in Ontario to him that the chairs were damage, and then he told me he will have a photo. The two days later I received a phone call from the person in charge , that everything was fine I could pass to the store. So I pass to the store the next day, when I arrived at the store I asked to see the photo, she didn't know what I was talking about. So the called the salesmen who had told me this. Then he denied everything, and said that he told me that the chairs were sold and then left to avoid any confrontation. So she finally called the store in Ontario to finally tell me that they were sold, and I could have the 3 left instead of the 6. No apologize for the situation , nothing, and the salesman avoid any contact. No apologize, no chair, just a waist of my time and energy.
