Misleading information, tricks you into purchasing a "verification" before hitting you with the Grand slam fee once the sunk cost fallacy has settled in. Once this is done, don't expect to get what you paid for either. My own experience had the service listed as having an average wait time of 7 days. After a month I asked what was up with it and if I could get a refund as I still hadn't gotten what I paid for. The response I got was that the average wait time was 7 days, and all further emails were ignored. Weasels.
