Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.

An absolute nightmare , no next day delivery, came 3 days late !! Clearly stated on their website , then rang DPD more lies sir parcel coming today, kept fobbing me and lying , after 3 days off ringing and chasing even posted on trust pilot , got a response from the same rude lady and her generic replies on many other complaints , Its got a 1 star rating lol conclusion Ive been sent a deadlock letter for refusing to accept their lies and taken the matter to cdrl, they same girl who deals with complaints needs to be sacked arrogant rude human being, on top my number is still not in use have to wait till the porting is complete , honestly avoid these small companies
