Sold me a defective speaker and when i returned it, gave me back 85% refund when they agreed to replace. Also blocked me form their store. Classy guys, classy!
Sold me a defective speaker and when i returned it, gave me back 85% refund when they agreed to replace. When asked the reason why I didnt get the replacement, they said they ran out of the speakers. I found another one from their listings, so, they lied about not having anymore. They then agreed to refund me the 15% if I purchase the item from the listing I found. When i went to purchase the replacement they were suppose to send me I get this "The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you."
I found out they blocked me from their store. Classy guys, classy!

Products are probably refurb or returns at best. Don't trust them, I would pay extra for trustworthy store from now on and better customer support.
I had to file a Paypal complaint and they sided with me after reviewing my case.

Send me defective Samsung Note 3. I send it back for return.
They tell me they received the return, and they'll be shipping it soon. 1 week later, I get the "shipping label created" status on USPS.com. 1 month later- the package still has not been shipped yet.
They won't answer their phone, they won't respond to my emails, and they won't give my money back! This is SO ILLEGAL- they are MALICIOUS PICPOCKETS and CRIMINALS; they should be PUNISHED.
Purchased Apple iPhone 4s on February 19, 2015 and today March 12, 2015 it does not work any more.
Mobile Pros 1 63633. The phone does not charge 3 weeks after I purchased it.
And the company I purchased from MobilePros1, Shipping Dept, 10 Dehart St, Moristown, NJ 07960-**** does not exist according to information from Directory Assistance (411). This is really heartbreaking not to mention pocket book breaking!!
They advertise with 97% positive feedback and when you need assistance you cannot get hold of them. O the sales order they give e-mail as: dowogel@***.com.
If I do not get any response soon from the MobilePros 1 I will have to contact eBay and let them know about fly by night operations.

TERRIBLE products and customer service. My phone died in 2 weeks and the seller did not reply to emails or phonecalls.
I purchased a Motorola Droid from them and they phone can not be connected to any network. It was a Verizon Phone and not even Verizon can find out what was going on with it.
Verizon told me that the seller had change something within the phone and they could not find the problem.
I have been trying to contact the seller since 2011 and no response from them. They are a complete rip off and I do not advise anyone to purchase anything from them!
Same here. I bought a Galaxy S5, September 26 and it will not charge.

The address you have for them is totally different than the one i have for them. Its ridiculous and a scam!
I had an issue with this vendor on ebay and left negative feedback. Ebay, at the request of the seller removed the feedback without contacting me.
They were slow getting the item (5 days) to the Postal Service. Then after I had paid for priority 2 day shipping the USPS took another 5 days to get the item to me. When I emailed the vendor through ebay's website asking for a refund of the shipping they were slow to respond. All this was placed in the feedback.
On the 13th of this month the vendor called my cell phone from (646)591-**** basically trying to blackmail me into removing the negative feedback in order to get a refund on the shipping. WHATEVER YOU DO! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SHADY!
Additionally, I have tried to find out their address so I can file a complaint with the BBB in Morristown, NJ and the NJ State Attorney General's office but haven't had any luck. Neither ebay nor the USPS will fork over the information.
I had an issue with them too. The iphone they sent me was not unlocked and was actually reported as still under contract.
I emailed them and they didn't respond.
Whats strange is that there are literally thousands of complaints about them on ebay but they are still allowed to do business and are very frequently listed on the ebay deals site. I ended up filing a credit card chargeback I suggest you do the same.
