Cheated me out of my Refund
Mobile Help will not give me my total refund. I paid for a full year activation and used only 2/3 of the year before returning the equipment back to them.
They told me they received all the equipment in good shape and my pro-rated refund will be sent to me.
I had 4 months left on Service Agreement, I received a month and a half as my refund. This Company Is A Joke!!!!
