Mobile Repeater Australia
Fake company
Purchased a mobile repeater unit from this company, while the unit worked well to start with after several months the booster started to drift of frequencies. This caused the carriers network to become unstable to the point technicians came looking for the interference source.
Mobile repeaters Australia's website eludes to their product being authorised to operate on Telstra, Vodaphone and Optus. This is not true. Under Australian law it is illegal to transmit on someones frequencies without their permission. I managed to avoid a $15,000 fine with just a warning and had all my equipment confiscated.
Mobile repeaters Australia is NOT based in Australia, does not have an ABN and is not authorised to put transmitting equipment on to ANY phone carrier networks in Australia.
They are beyond the law in Australia as they are based overseas and EVERY Claim made on their website in regards to their product is a blatant lie. This company is nothing but a ***, scamming people out of their money.
Preferred solution: I am able to get the confiscated items back, after signing a will not use agreement, I would like a partial refund (as I got some use out of the unit).
Fake Company
Tony was good at selling me on the more expensive unit after the first one didn’t work. What a load of bull.
After I tried to install everything once again and it didn’t work I got fed up with everything and requested an RMA. I requested the RMA 10 days prior to the 30 days and got no response. I then sent an email every day until I finally got a response. There response ironically was 11 days later and they informed me that I was past my 30 day money back guarantee.
Never again will I deal with this group at Mobile Repeater Australia. There MR Mini Next G 850 and PRO are Chinese rubbish.
Guys are a bunch of crooks
All These guys are a bunch of crooks. Based overseas and don’t give a care when it comes to getting you your money back.
They will do whatever they can to prevent you from returning the unit. I went back and forth with a bloat named Kory for nearly 2 weeks. Once I finally realized that he was just delaying my 30 day money back guarantee I contacted my credit card company and had them deal with the crooks.
Mobile Repeater Australia should be shut down as far as I am concerned.
Be aware from these kind of fake companies.
