When I paid for the service your system automatically used my Mastercard.
I have never given my Mastercard number to Telus or Mobile Klinik.
Please advise on how the company had access to my Mastercard.
The transaction number is: 199128****. Tran 1680 auth 050432.
I am very suspicious about what is going on at this location.

My 15-year-old son ordered a phone through Mobile Klinik. It is going on week 3, and it has not been delivered.
I cannot speak to a live agent or talk to anyone over the chat.
I have also emailed several times with no response. This company seems like it is a fraud.

Drove 80 plus km in order to resolve issue defective phone very unpleasant experience at the Mobile Klinik location in Place Rosemère Quebec Very rude and condescending associate , Issue resolved with maximum effort on my part !
The phone was sold as in very good condition, it clearly is not. I am advised that I am responsible for shipping it back to you, or I must drive to the nearest MK location, which is 40 km from my home. I am very disappointed with your company, and I was misled by all your claims.
It is not the first time that I have purchased reconditioned phones, but this purchase is truly disappointing; I would have been better served by purchasing on Marketplace. Furthermore, I was not provided with an invoice or packing list.
