Over 2 months ago, I purchased a FreedomPOP mobile hot spot and paid an activation fee. When I received it, it was not activated as it should have been.
I contacted Freedompop who told me that it had not been completely activated and they would get it done. About a week later, when I contacted them again because I still had no service, they told me that they had got it approved to replace the sim card. A couple of weeks and many emails later, I was told that the sim cards were back ordered.
It has now been over 2 months, the sim card has never been replaced, and the device has still never been activated. The only response I can get from "customer service" is that "we'll check into it" and of course, I never hear from them again.

I ordered the hotspot, they charged me 19.99 for activation, and never activated it. Have had it for 3 days, still not activated.
Chatted with them on Facebook and nothing but empty promises. They had no issue taking my money, but cant figure out how to activate it, when it was supposed to arrive activated.
