Being Ignored
From what I've found online, emails to customer service should be replied to within 12 hours. It's been almost two days since I put in an order.
I haven't gotten a confirmation email, tried contacting customer service, even DM'd the manager on Discord and tried joining the server to no avail. I just want my order fulfilled or my money back.
