Never Received My Package But I Was Charged
I bought a shirt and a hat nearly 3 weeks ago. I have called several times and each time I got the same voice message about how the company is too busy to answer my call.
No one has called back at all and I am still waiting for my order. There's no option to cancel my order and I was already charged for the package.
I find this ridiculous. This company seems like a scam and a lie.

Wrong Merchandised Shipped
I ordered Shirts, Hats and Misc items. MMO Golf shipped the wrong Shirts and Hats. I called their toll free customer service number (Friday @ 10:10am, when they're suppose to be open) and left a voice message. I've never heard back from them.
The confirmation email they sent had the correct items listed, however when I recieved the wrong items, the packing slip detail was incorrect. This is an internet company that I would not use in the future. I've had 2 friends use this company with similar experiences with incorrect reciept of items. Both friends called the company and only 1 recieved a response. The gentlemen who recieved a response had to send back the incorrect items and finally recieved the right stuff 2 months later.
DO NOT USE this company.

I ordered two shirts from MMO Golf about a week ago on Tuesday of Masters week. I was concerned when my order had not shipped out within a week, so I emailed them yesterday.
They told me that they had sold out of one of the shirt sizes that I had ordered. This is outrageous. They say that they fill their orders on a first come, first served basis and if they did it this way then I should have gotten my shirt. I called them to ask about the shirt size being out of stock (it was still listed as in stock on the website) and they said it was actually out of stock and that they had not yet updated the website.
So they had been sold out of this size for a week and never bothered to update the website? Also, another thing that bothered me was that I had to be the one to ask why my order had not shipped. The company never bothered to tell me my shirt size was out of stock and I had no communication with them until I was the one contacting them.
I canceled my order today because I knew that something else would probably go wrong in the time that these idiots got it together and actually shipped it. My experience with MMO Golf has been deplorable and I will never order anything from their website again.
MMO Golf SUCKS! Beware!
Brutal international shipping options (to Canada); no otptions (UPS only which kills Canadians with steep customs charges).
Short-shipped my order without informing me so I was stuck paying for customs clearance and duty, only the partial order. In order to complete my order, I would be subject to shipping charges, and customs clearance charges AGAIN.
I had a buddy order from this company, same total value of the order (around $200 USD), same Canadian destination; he had to pay shipping ($25), but was never charged customs' clearance. I received 'free' shipping, but had to pay $40 customs clearance!?
'Ken' at the company returned e-mails promptly, but had no understanding (or ability) to make the issue right.
Prices are brutal too, but I knew what I was getting into on that front, so shame on me.

I ordered and changed my mind too, but they gave me a refund and I returned it. No problems. They lose the shipping cost they sent to me but didn't gripe about it none,
This company sent me the wrong product, i could live with that, but after contacting them, 30 days later, they've yet to send me the correct order, i've left numerous voice mails, yet never get a call back!
i've also had problems dealing with this company, there a complete joke!
Returning the order would have been at my cost (the return shipping costs); MMO Golf makes an error and their customer needs to pay? That doesn't sit right with me.
If I wanted to complete my order and add a substitute for the missing item, again I'd be forced to pay extra charges (customs charges)? Why should I be liable for any extra charges when the error was made by MMO Golf?
MMO Golf chooses their shipping company for shipments to Canada, so despite what Ken says, they do have a say in what the customs clearance charges are (different shipping companies have different customs clearance methods and charges).
Because I work for the Canadian Post Office I have insight into the market place and industry. This doesn't make me biased, rather it makes me knowledgeable and qualified to comment.
John could have returned the order for a 100 percent refund, but he choose not to do that. We do not charge customs fees, so I cannot refund customs fees.
John works for the Canada post office, so not exactly an unbiased review.
We offered to return 100 percent of the monies we collected to the customer, I think that is very fair.
