Breach of Contract

I won a breach of contract lawsuit against M&M Pest and Wildlife, LLC on 11/5/2025. I had a one-year contract to come back and treat for squirrels in my attic.
They came and said I now had a raccoon and wanted to charge a lot more to seal the same entry points to the outside of the house. I told them if they did not treat for the squirrels that I paid for, I would take them to court. The owner, Michael Ysasaga, then sent numerous nasty texts and said to see my lawyer. I did.
The company address is located in Plano, TX, but is a UPS store. Lies and deceit are this company's business. F rating with BBB.
M&M Pest and Wildlife is the worst in the DFW/Ft. Worth/Collin County areas.

- - Paid $1622 for attic pest removal; traps set and exterior entries sealed, then resealed for a squirrel and quoted $599 to seal for a raccoon/possum.
M & M Pest and Wildlife told me not to call or text them ever again and see my lawyer. This is a breach of contract since I paid for services that included a one year warranty if I still experienced noise in my attic due to pests ( rodents, etc.). They refuse to come and service and inspect what I paid for.
They had to return to reseal an entry point that a squirrel made a reentry.
After that, there was still noise. They came out and now said I had a raccoon/possum and would cost an additional $599 to seal all house entry points. I said I already paid to seal all entry points to the attic and if they did the job correctly the first time, an animal 10-15 times larger than a squirrel/rat would not be able to get in. They said the raccoon/possum was marsupial and is not a rodent.
M & M Pest and Wildlife (Plano, Tx.) is the worst pest control company in the Denton/Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The owner's name is Mike Ysasaga.
They do not honor their service and warranty. By the way, I have a master's degree in Marine Biology.
