Can't get customer service response
Twice call customer service and could not get anyone to answer call. Said only that call could not be completed and to try later.
MLS customer service is as bnad as Apple and Sporting KC.
Have tried for days to get support from all three to no avail. Inability to get my complimentary Season Pass will certainly affect my decision to get season tickets next year.

Hi, I ordered a Messi shirt on 1/08/2023 and until now the package has not arrived!!! Five months have passed and no one has contacted me or informed me that there is a delay. I would appreciate an immediate update on when the package is expected to arrive or a full refund.
