Can't get customer service response
- - Customer service calls went unanswered.
- - I was told the call could not be completed and the complimentary Season Pass may affect my decision next year.
Twice call customer service and could not get anyone to answer call. Said only that call could not be completed and to try later.
MLS customer service is as bnad as Apple and Sporting KC.
Have tried for days to get support from all three to no avail. Inability to get my complimentary Season Pass will certainly affect my decision to get season tickets next year.
