Reported a review that was slanderous, fraudulent and dishonest.

If you are goi g to report a review, don't hide hide behind an organization. Stand up and be accounted for.

Hiding just makes the review sound fraudulent. You look more like someone trying to get revenge for somethng else.

Dont make up things to "try to get even". Be a proper person, not a wimp.

THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINT WAS SUBMITTED TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION WEBSITE DETAILING MY EXPERIENCE WITH MLO.

Placed an order for shoes on July 17th. 2022 and received a confirmation email that my payment and order was accepted.

On July 19th, an email stated that my shipment was being shipped from different areas; 1 pair of shoes was on its way and my other 2 pairs would be shipped shortly. I received my first pair of shoes on July 24th and was deeply disappointed as they are not made with the materials as advertised. The product is extremely low quality with defects and signs that they were worn by another consumer, returned, and resold to me. I requested a return label immediately and was instructed, via email from customer support, to return the pair once I have received my entire order.

On July 31st I reached back out to MLO customer support to find the status of my order and received the following response:

"I understand that you're concerned about the whereabouts of your outstanding shoes.

No need to worry - these are still on their way! We were able to send your delivered shoes from a location close to you, which accounts for their swift delivery time. The rest of your order was shipped separately from further away and will take a little longer to arrive.

Unfortunately, the carrier's system is delayed, and updates are not showing as frequently as we would like. But I can assure you that your order is on its way as it has already been confirmed by the courier.

As soon as the order arrives at a specific location, the tracking details will update."

Since this email, I have contact customer support every three days requesting a status update or a refund with no help; the customer support simply responds with a variation of the following statement:

If you have any other questions or concerns, just let me know and I'll be sure to address these as soon as I can."

I have not received any further correspondence outside of this.

There is not customer support number to speak with someone directly. The MLO company address is unlisted from basic databases so I am unable to contact via mail

RIP OFF! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes at $80 each

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes at $80 each from mlo on Instagram.

THEY ARE JUNK! Absolute JUNK! As soon as I received the shoes It was obvious that I had been ripped off. So, without even trying them on, I went to the mlo website and requested a return or refund...

6 times! and explained why. Good luck with that! MLO claims to have a return policy, THAT'S A LIE!

Go ahead, just try to return an item to mlo.

My order 111989 is the wrong shoe size I need a size 14 not a size 5 ok I need the size of my shoe to be changed ok

I ordered three pairs of sneakers for my husband's birthday on 9/12/22 and paid to have the shoes here in 5 days. Today is 9/26/22 I only received one pair of shoes.

The shoes were in a bag bent up and old looking no shoe box.

$200 for nothing! I will never order from this place again!

I haven't received 3 pair of shoes thst I ordered why???looking like probably should not order anything from Metelo shoes you don't get your order or any replies back I didn't have much money but needed the shoes but now I have neither of them my money or my shoes!!!

Their information is extremely outdated and incorrect. I emailed them about a refund but seems that no one else has had success doing that.

Super frustrated I spent this money for crap test prep. My test is on Tuesday and I'm going to try to just forget every thing I saw through this company and stick with what I learned through mortgage educators.

I couldn’t contact them and the email they have to contact them isn’t even valid. Just a waste

I purchased access to test prep from MLOExam.com. They published great testimonials and really good marketing material.

However, after paying for the program and signing up, I found out a lot of topics were missing from their videos. I immediately contacted MLOExam.com customer support and requested refund. 4 days and not response! Had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges.

Avoid this company. The material is bad and it does not have any customer support.

Upon further investigation, I googled some of their testimonials. It was strange that all those references only appear in the mloexam site and no other information about anyone of them in google.

I've had the same issue as being in the mortgage business for over 12 years I noticed that the content was not up to date, the practice tests provided had too many questions to complete and was not necessary, the content was outdated, questions subjective at best and not correct some of the time. I wasted money on this test and if they do not provide a refund so I can find another place to use I will dispute the charges as well.

I have sent feed back and I did not get a response from the company.

They have over 2 thousand questions! It is not comparable to the test and there is no way to answer the number of questions on the practice tests in a normal time frame.
