Unable to cancel life insurance policy
Everything is impossible to get the job done! They sent me the wrong forms initially.
Then I said, just cancel the policy ALREADY! Oh no! I must jump through all sorts of hoops to complete their arbitrary process...! They don't have a digital signature alternative.
I am required to verify my identity by getting a hard copy of my licence notarised by a JP. This is onerous and unreasonable! I called them and verified my ID by answering their questions such as name, DOB, Address etc. I changed my postal address...
But they will not let me cancel the policy!
I spent over 3 hours over numerous phone calls to resolve the issue. They offered to send me by post my driver's licence hard copy print out to have signed... It never came! That was over 5 weeks ago!
I wrote several emails to that person, a Bronte Fitzpatrick and never received a reply.
I spoke to a senior manager, a Marco Garro, about this operator. Again, a week has gone by without any correspondence or email.
