MLBTRADERUMORS.COM FORCING FAKE STATS ON FANS!
MLBTRADERUMORS.COM is using fake stats such as WAR, FIP, SIERA and many other fancy stats to advance their own agenda and ruin the legacy of baseball. Sabermetrics are ruining baseball and have no basis to be involved in the game.
These "stats" are made up by fans (fangraphs) and other math nerds. Then we have idiots like Brian Kenny who want to get rid of one of the oldest stats in the game (win).
It's time for the purists to put an end to this nonsense. DO NOT VISIT MLBTRADERUMORS they are nothing but a home for sabermetric nerds.

And you want to "shut down" a website just because it publishes stats that you are not used to? You can just ignore the stats and use the website for rumors and news anyway.
Those aren't "fake stats." They are real stats, used by real people in MLB. Yes, they are sabermetric stats, but that doesn't make them any less real than the stats you are used to.
What "agenda" is MLBTR supposedly pushing? How is it going to "ruin" the game by bringing more stats into it and helping fans evaluate players the same way front offices do?
