We leased a car in December and referred someone, to Jim M'Lady after learning they had a referral program. We are still waiting for the check after being told it was in the mail. The person we referred was told we would get the payment and M'Lady had no record of it after we followed up. Being that the person we referred is a priest, I highly doubt and know he would not lie about this or try to scam the dealer. All we are asking is a little honesty and for Jim M'Lady to do the right thing. I will never go into a dealer ship again because of this. I cant help but wonder how many other people this has happened to.

M'Lady Nissan In Crystal Lake Used Deceptive Ads And Prices

My wife and I went to see a Nissan Versa which listed new for $17,500. We decided to think about it. The salesman called and said he could give us a great deal at $15,500. We got our loan and were going down to buy when my wife saw and ad on their web site that said the very car we were looking at was on sale for $12,347. I called to say we will take it and the salesman Bob, said we didn't qualify for the military and college rebate, but that he could get it for us for $1,500 more. So, we had prices of $17,500, $15,500, 12,347 and $13,847 all from the same dealership on the same car and the same day. I complained and spoke to Tom the sales manager. He finally said he would sell it for $12,347. Then he said that the price included a rebate from Nissan Finance so I would have to finance the car with them. I asked the interest rate and he said he didn't know. I asked him to email me to confirm the final pricing. He told me the out the door price with tax, title etc was $13,944.06. I asked for a breakdown and he said it included etching the windows which cost about $200.00 and he had not disclosed it before. What a bunch of slippery crooks. The coupon on line which I printed also said the price included 4 years/50,000 miles of maintenance where you pay nothing. He said that is unavailable and they were just playing with the web site when I happened to click on it. So if you are looking for a new Nissan that is either $12,000, 13,000, 15,000 or $17,000 and may or may not have maintenance and has an interest rate that they don;t know that rate for, M'lady is the place to get it. I am filing a complaint with the IL attorney general's office and no, we are not buying the car here. I would rather pay more and know what I'm getting.
