Angry have not gotten my phone case

I order a cell phone case on 2/19/13 from this company WK Wireless as of today I have not received it, when I spoke to JASON on 5/28/13 he stated it was on back order and they had sent me a email (not so)I told him I got nothing from them, it's been 3 months. I told him to cancel my order and to send me a refund of my money, he stated okay however as of today I have not received my money or any info regarding the matter or status. BE AWARE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY

Ordered a cell phone case from this company on Dec. 27, 2012 and HAVE NOT received, or even heard, from this company.

E-mailed them twice w/ no results. I even call them and was told the item was on back order and they should receive it w/ a week. Never have been contacted by the company nor have they responded to my e-mails. Have found other unhappy customers of this company on the web.

Do Not buy from this company because you will not get your order or hear from them. I have given up on getting this phone case but I want other people to know about this *** poor company.

I am forever on backorder call back on Monday!!!

I ordered some accessories on 7/16/12 from CellPhoneMasters.com "aka" MKwireless.com. I recieved my order and the invoice stated i recieved all of my items (incorrect) it was short 3 out of 5 items.

So i contacted them on 7/23/12 and spoke to Jason and corrected the invoice and asked when the remaining order would be in, he stated all deliveries come on friday so call back on monday. I did this until 8/29/12 still talking with Jason every monday. I finally had enough and canceled the remaining items on 8/29/12 with Jason and he stated i would have the refund back to my paypal account.

I had to do this 3 more times calling aagain on 9/18/12 now Rick states i will have it in 24hrs! Make a wise choise after you read this!!!

AVOID MKWIRELESS.COM

I ordered a few cell phone accessories on Dec 10th 2011 from a company called MK Wireless (info@***.com) hoping to have them for Christmas. All I got was excuses, first my items were on back order, then there was a problem with their email provider, now there is another delay, there dog ate my packing slip....

Needless to say today is January 6th 2012, and still no items.... I am calling Amex tomorrow to dispute the charge.... I urge you to think twice before ordering from this Mickey Mouse Operation, unless of course your a Mickey fan.

I had almost the same exact thing happen to me! I order cell cases 11/27/2011 one case was on back order for two months.

Then they sent me the wrong case and that was a cheaper one that what I orginally paid for and had the nerve to tell me I exchanged it!

I'm so unhappy with this company. I had a huge angrument with Dave "customer service manager" very rude guy who had the nerve to tell me customer service was there number one priority but was not going to refund my money for the less expensive case they sent me.
