A mess
I needed 17 rooms for two different nights. I talked to a man and he reserved the rooms at the sleep inn in Oxford Al.
He says I'd have to pay a deposit for a couple if rooms. The next day I received 29 emails confirming one room at a time. I also found 1700 dollars was taken from my bank account, in amounts if 39 dollars to 180 dollars. 23 different amounts.
I thought I had called Sleep Inn so I called there and learned it was Hotel Planner. I have tried since May to get it
Straightened out. I need the rooms. I don't mind the money if I knew what it was for .
I have talked to several supervisors who promised to help but so far no help and I am "pissed" bad
