We hired Manual Jerez (MJ Construction) for a plumbing job. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
Here are the facts from our project:
(1). He agreed to arrive at 1:00 PM but showed up closer to 2:00 PM on his second working day.
(2). The job took much longer than expected, and he worked until almost 11:00 PM, which disturbed our tenant.
(3). While working in the small bathroom, the lights suddenly went out.
When asked, he said the light bulbs were bad, but later we discovered the electrical wiring had been affected during his work.
(4). After paying him in full, we had to spend the next 23 weeks fixing the electrical issues that appeared immediately during his plumbing job.
(5).
He denied any responsibility when contacted afterward, making it very difficult for us as homeowners. We paid him in full for two days of work, but the results left us with additional problems to solve.
