Probl relaxer took all of my hair out after I had grown it for 8 years natural

I am an African-American had grown my hair for 8 years without any chemicals decided to change up and use chemicals you're relaxer took out my hair. I was licensed as a cosmetologist, before I went to college, as a high school student. I did call corporate before I use the product after I purchased it because I couldn't find an expiration date...

User's recommendation: Do not buy this product unless it's from one of the distributor and maybe you will have a better experience than mea better experience than me.
