I ordered 12 framed pictures, and 2 of the 12 were damaged (they were not damaged from shipping, but they were not put together properly). I would like to have the pictures replaced or a refund.
My order number was F943C7C0.
One was the baby in an orange sleeper with a book on her chest, and one was the white dress and birthday cake in the yard. I tried to fix the one in the dress, but it still looks damaged.
