My mixtile
I sent an upload of my mixtiles and didnt include the last sentence. I ordered two.
One with a white frame and one with a beige frame. Both are the same.
My son had died and wanted this for my husband and I. Can you look at these.

IT WAS BROKEN PIECES OF CARDBOARD WITH BLURY PICTURES
Im absolutely pissed off that I paid that much for a piece of ruined cardboard .
With Blury ripped pictures of my kids on it .
Now these people have pictures of my kids and I will not rest until this is taken seriously .

My picture book arrived damaged. I'm just trying to talk to a real person to either replace it or send a new book!
The customer service is terrible. I just want a phone number to call a real person. I don't want to pay 52 dollars just to talk to someone. Oh my gosh, just let me speak to a real person.
