Mixed Emotions Boutique - Never received my item
So I placed an order with this business for and outing that I was attending back in January. Long story short My shaggy cardigan never arrived so I contacted them about my refund. They responded I wont be getting a refund. Theyll re-ship it or give me store credit. I dont need the item anymore and I definitely dont want store credit. So now I guess I just lost $90. They do bad business and are unprofessional when they are contacted. The reply back as if youre a friend whos texting them. I love supporting black owned businesses but this is a business Ill never support again.

So I placed an order last week Wednesday for express shipping. Here it is 5 days later no tracking info, reached out to customer service and was promised the items would be shipped today. It is cob and tracking has yet to be provided so Im pretty sure that my package will not be received tomorrow as promised. This is ridiculous. If you arent able to ship it on time let someone know. Im beyond upset.

Bad customer service

Ordered a dress express from this online boutique/company to wear to a wedding. The dress is not cheap at $138. I found it odd that after 1 day I hadn’t received any shipping info. Reached out to the boutique via their social media acct, they acted as if they forgot I ordered anything and actually admitted to not shipping the item. I requested a refund, they refused and offered in-store credit. Why would I want to order anything else from them after this? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
