Upset Customer

I had the horrible experience when I had the first oil change service for my new car. I received a customer reward card by mail which is $100.

But the sales/finance manager Damien declined to accept it by indirectly telling me I got it from road, in my car or mistakenly sent to my home. He was so arrogant that he thought I got it from road and showing them to use it. I was shocked an adult who might doing customer service for so long but failed to realize this might cost him $100000 to unlimited. He lost me and he lost all of my friends and co workers who might go Waverly Mitsubishi.

I am so sorry to tell Waverly Mitsubishi should train him from the beginning. He doesn't understand that in customer service if a company does mistake either they should discount or give full refund.

To be honest I got poor services even before buying my car. I booked my car and was told I will get my car within 2 months, then it becomes 4 months then I got it 6 months after. They told price is $56000 after all deductions/tax but charged me about $60000.

The day I got the car, I had an appointment with Damien about 5pm, he saw me about 7pm. I had to run again after few days for his mistakes (EV rebate form signature)and again had to wait 1.5 hour.

I don't know a person who neglects the clients so miserably but sitting over there.

I will send an email to President and Mitsubishi Canada and Mitsubishi Japan as well. He supposed to apologize me for his ugly behave.

Complaint

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Today, March 23, 2023, I had the worst customer service/finance with Mitsubishi Canada over the phone. The lady on the phone was rude, did not want to help me with my account and my questions regarding my financial statement.

She hung up on me once. I called again (thinking I would speak to someone else). It was still her and she was even more rude.

When I asked her if I could talk to a superior, she hung up on me again. I never saw something like that before.

Mitsubishi cars are poorly built

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Bought a 2014 rvr because of an emergency. I liked the dealership fellows that sold it to me but the car is so poorly built it's amazing.

Although I rust proof the vehicle, rust on the paint and under the car is unabated. Exhaust manifold rust results in $2900 part replacement cost. Sticking rear calipers results in replacement costs of approximately $800 per wheel. OEM Alternator seized and a replacement of over $200.

Transmission oil pan developed two holes because of rust and now Mitsubishi wants over $150 for that part. That's enough.

Too much maintenance for this car. Mitsubishi has lost me and my family forever.ver buy ne

After sale service

Original review Sep 28, 2022

I am from Campbellton NB and bought a car after being sollicitated by a sales person from Fredericton Mitsubishi. I ended up trading my vehicle for a 2022 RVR in February 2022.

Having no dealer in my town, dealer in Fredericton told me I could do my oil and wheel changes at a local garage so I did. What he did not tell me is that RESETS for the TPMS tire changes and service engine soon for oil changes I would have to go to Miramichi 4hrs to and from. Is that legal for owners to lie their way through a sale by hiding unwritten facts to their customers? Anyway I went to Miramichi for a reset and will have to go once every six months per year?I had extremely great service in Miramichi even tough I bought my car in Fredericton.

Lately I contacted my sales person Sheila Davidson so she could give me the code she gave me back in February for my command start since I had forgotten for lack of use. She got back to me but the codes she gave me did not start correctly. I wrote back and she just brushed me off by referring me to the phone number of parts and services, which, by the way have never answered as of yet. It rings and you can't even leave a message.

I reached out to Shania an online manager at Fredericton Mitsibishi I guess. She was not able to help me either. So this leaves me with bad service after sale and will make sure it does not happen to anyone else. I am only asking for my command start code.

I forwarded my VIN to them. I don't want an appointment all I want is my command start code so I can start my car without being in it. Is it too hard for them to help me?

Very bad service after sale. Thank you

Garantie moteur

Mitusubishi Motors Canada does not stand by its product or customers

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Suspension falls apart while driving with near accident & possible injury and Mitsu Canada refuses to cover service for repair or admit there is an issue with product.

The vehicule had less than 1000 KM over the 200,000 warranty provided where the coil spring in front cracked in three different places while driving the vehicule.

Almost total loss of control forces to pull aside. Informed cost will be over $1200 and Mitsubihi Motors Canada refuses to admit there was an issue nor provide any $ support to cover the fix despite the local dealer agreeing with our situation. The coil was not rusted. It simply cracked in 3 different places.

This was a vehicule we purchased for our daughter and are now quite worried wit the quality of core components. We reached out several times to Mitsubishi Canada who despite our request for support for the faulty item, were informed that they will do nothing to support us and that this was a normal situation. Normal ? A suspension exploding ?

We tried talking wih them directly but they refused. We then followed up through the Better Business Bureau of Ontario this forced their hand to reach out to us where they stated they would reconsider but wanted proof of warranty maintenance and asked why we did not go to their local dealership for service. We informed them that it was because their service was never done properly (Forgot to order parts, had to return to have the issue fixed many times as work not done properly). We provided them with detailed records proving that all maintenance as per warranty requirements was followed. We had to send this several times as they claimed they were not getting any info from us and wanted to close the case. When they finally admited they had received the necessary paperwork, they returned with an answer stating that they would not support us in the cost as it was over warranty.

This is not acceptable given this is obviously a known and defective item installed on their vehicule given the extension in the first place.

Further, refual to support us becasue of having to go to another certified dealerhip to ensure that the repairs were performed correctly should not have an impact as by law, we are allowed to do so.

We are merely asking for a supposedly reputable company to stand by its products and customers, expecialy given the safety concerns on an sub-standad part installed on a vehicule sold to the public.

Will never buy or reommend this product/company to anyone.
