- - Wrong product shipped: MitoQ Heart instead of Curcumin for my subscription.
- - I have a long-running MitoQ Curcumin subscription and emailed twice.
It is not an issue; it is a problem. The wrong product was sent to me.
I have a subscription for MitoQ curcumin and was sent MitoQ heart. I have emailed you twice and was given a long list of crap to fill out, like I created the problem by trusting MitoQ to do the right thing and send me the correct product, which I have had a subscription for for a number of years.
- Used to me a good company
- Not a good company anymore
Preferred solution: Full refund

Website not working. Want to place an order by telephone.
Cant get through to Customer Service by telephone. I am on able to go online. Your website is not working.
User's recommendation: Plenty of marketing and snazzy packaging. Unsure of the quality of the product, whether it’s making a difference or not.
Unable to temporarily pause delivery.
- - The bank asked me to call Mito Q, but number was hard to find.
- - Card company suggested writing to Mito Q; I tried, and was billed for two boxes.
The bank said that I needed to call the company, and finding a phone number for Mito Q was difficult. When I called them, I was told to cause NZ.
I was not able to do that.
I called the credit card company, and they said to write a letter to Mito Q. I am a computerphobe beyond the very basics, but I did try to send a letter. Then I was charged the next month for two boxes.
I was able to put a one month pause on delivery by the credit company. Otherwise I love everything about these vitamins.
