I am very disappointed after 40 plus years buying so much products from Mitchell Rod and Reels they were the best on the market for decades this is very fraudulent too take my $89.00 tax $100.00 dollars for 1 Mitchell Reels I purchased with a Faulty reel with no respect not even too respond;This is just unreal how Mitchell treats their customers but I can assure you Mitchell I am having my $89.00dollars back you ignored me for your last time I was talking with BBB all I have to do is fill out a form for The BBB and Mitchell will be charged in the court of law for with holding my $90.00 dollars for a Faulty Mitchell Reel this is not by any means over with it is just the beginning no matter my cost I am having my$90.00 dollars

HiGood day I have purchased 6 300 C Mitchell Reels $89.99 each they are the best on the market but upon opening a new Mitchell Reel 300 C I have noticed the long centre bolt that holds the reel is bent and a loud noise in the sloppy top rotar I cant fix it if I could I would not bother you with this issue I have purchased them all my life I still have my Mitchell rod and reel I have it put away for keep sake the bar codes on the new reels are all the same numbers on the six new reels for my family one faulty 0220***** I would not purchase anything else from Mitchell Rods and Reels: I am out $100.00 with no reply from Mitchell Reel Company I am FPissed ;email address lake00648@***.com
