Breakage in new packs.
I have smoked Misty menthol 120s for years and now all of a sudden I buy packs and half of the pack $13.08 is broken up by the filter. So freaking sad. I guess its that time.

I have been a faithful consumer of Misty 120s for over 15 yrs. Recently, the price of a carton has climbed to $92.00.
This is ridiculous! After all these years, i am being forced to explore other brands that are more cost friendly.
It would seem that instead of all the fancy media/advertising junk that you waste money on, that none of us smokers care about, that you could possibly save that money and lower the cost of our cigarettes. Just a thought...

I've searched for hours looking. Numerous web sites and company sites coupon sites maker of Misty cigarettes and still have never came across one

The quality of product has plummeted.
- - Price increase lowers value and perceived quality.
- - Paper is thinner and flimsy with ridges, bending and breaking.
I feel that as the price of this product has increased, the quality of the product has decreased. Creating a much reduced value for the money.
The choice to reduce the quality of paper used with this product creates a frustrating experience for the customer. The decision to now use flimsy, ringed / ridged vs smooth paper and a thinner paper as well, takes the enjoyment out of smoking Misty 120 Blue. Not only do they not slide out of the box as easily, but they burn out and do not hold the burn as well and the paper bends very easily, now causing breakage and waste. This makes it harder to put the flame out without breakage in order to finish at a later time.
Very frustrating. We're paying more so we should, at the very least have the functionality we are accustomed to. I have smoked Misty 120 Blue for over 30+ years.
This is enough to make me question it's value and seek better functionality. Go back to what it was originally!

I have been smoking Misty Blue 120s for at least 20 years I believe and never have I been able to get any type of coupons or discounts even though I've been a faithful Misty smoker. It would be greatly appreciated if you could send me some I think it's been a real disappointment that there hasn't been a larger request or appreciation shown for Misty smokers. There are other products from here that offer coupons I hope to hear back from you thank you

Bad Caeton, Filters not wrapped correctly

Badly wrapped filters, the wrap on filters was awful. Could not smoke without getting paper cuts on my lips ha ha ha, but very uncomfortable!!!¡!!!???
What more can I say, sucked!!!???!!!???!!!???!!!???!!!???wow wow. What more needs to be said? I spend $500 in a month on Misty 120's.
I should not have to deal with this. And you never offer coupons.

Problem with cigarettes
- - Nicotine portion falls out of the filter.
- - The cigarette falls apart, leaving filter and wrapper.
- - This has happened in the last two packs.
As I'm smoking a Misty Blue 120, the nicotine part of the cigarette falls out of the filter. The entire thing falls on the ground and I'm left with the filter and the paper that was holding the cigarette together.
This has recently happened several times with the last 2 packs I've bought. I've smoked Misty's for a good 10 years and I've never had this problem.

I'm struggling too...idk why they don't want us to continue to smoke their brand but we can't afford this massive price increase... My honest suggestion is to try Eve brand and Virginia slim... pretty close to taste and cost less...
I just paid $131!!! Up $10 in a week. So much for generic!
