I placed 2 orders a week ago and nothing has shipped. I can't email them but they took my money very quickly!
I am beyond upset. I can't get my money back and I can't even email them to get an update. Worst place ever!
I thought they were legit but from what I can tell, they are just scam artists! I don't recommend ordering from this place at all.

TOLD THEM VIA EMAIL I STILL WANT MY ORDER AND NOT TO CANCEL IT & FOR THEM TO CALL ME SO WE CAN CLEAR THIS UP. NO RESPONSE FOR A WEEK NOW. EGREGIOUS
and there stands a 10.05 difference. which should have even been more because of all their mistakes i discovered that the 15% off code they gave me ONLY REMOVED 5 PERCENT NOT 15. on top of all that it seems u get a diff rep everytime u r emailed back and the FIRST customer rep was very sweet. they let me know that i cud add more items b4 my order shipped out and i took couple days choosing the items.
what a confusing mess. i chose the items i wanted and i even RECHECKED on the items of mine they claimed were OOS. 2 of the 4 were available. When i pointed this out via email and asked about my order they went ahead and updated it with SOME not ALL the items i wanted to add THEN in between told me MORE of the items i ordered the FIRST time were so called unavailable even though i saw them ON SITE AVAILABLE with MORE than 200+ in stock of a particular item they said was gone.
FROM THE MOMENT I INQUIRED ABOUT THE CODE DISCREPANCY AND TOLD THEM THEY HADNT ADDED ALL MY ITEMS AND THE ORDER AMOUNT NEEDED TO BE ADJUSTED THEY SEND ME A RUDE EMAIL TELLING ME I SHUD JUST CANCEL AND START OVER. BIG INCONVENIENCE. INSTEAD OF PULLING THE ITEMS I WANTED FROM THE SHELF WHILST PACKING MY ORDER THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEY "MAY" BE OUT OF STOCK. BS THEYD RATHER DISAPPOINT ME THEN PULL THE LOW STOCK ITEMS FROM THE SHELF TO PUT ASIDE FOR MY STILL NEVER SHIPPED ORDER.
EMAILED THEM ASKING TO BE CONTACTED VIA PHONE AND NO ONE ANSWERED ME SINCE 3/6 COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING TREATMENT. SO FAR NO WORD ABOUT MY ORDER MOVING AND THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY WITH NO RESPONSE TO ME FOR A WEEK NOW ABOUT WHATS GOING ON. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS IS WRONG AND LOW PRICES DONT EVEN OUT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I placed an order on Tuesday 1/30/24 totaling $89.47 for 6 bottles of vape juice. I never received any email confirmation or confirmation that it had been shipped or delivered but have not received.
Also when I view recent history it doesnt show my last order.
Money has been taken out of my bank account. Please update me on my order # MH463086

I placed an order on their website and I'm waiting for the order to come and my wife asks me to find out when the order will arrive and I look for an email from them and they sent an email 2 days prior stating they didn't have the 6 batteries in stock that I ordered! At this point I am getting the third degree from my wife and now I am pissed because not only did they show these particular batteries as being in stock but they should have NEVER took my money!
But they did and I sent them an email and they never responded today and the telephone number they have listed for then is for vampires so warranty! I toke them in an email I sent them I do NOT want the other 3 $1 items since they did that they did and took my money I am guessing this is the type of crap they do to every body so I am warning everyone to NOT order from MIST HUB what a rip off!

There was no communication between myself or company. It just showed up.
Hello, on February 2nd I placed an order for 6 bottles of vape juice. Totaling in the amount of $89.47.
Once I placed the order, it showed me confirmation of purchase. Also stated it would text or email me confirmation as well. I never received a text or email. When I go to order history, it doesnt show my recent purchase.
The money has came out of my bank account. I have left numerous messages in the chat feature with no response back at all. Can I please have an update for this order.
Order number is MH463086. Money has been taken out from my bank account.

Ordered 2 IJoy vapes then a few days later ordered a smok vape. I received the IJoy vapes but the smok vape hasn't been shipped yet.
The IJoy vapes will not charge or turn on. Tried to contact the company to return the IJoy vapes and get my money back and cancel the smok vape and can not get any response. Order numbers are as followed.
The IJoy order number is Order MH464960 and the smok order number is MH46975.
I just want my money back for products that do not work. And cancel the other order with my refund
