URGENT: FINAL WARNING BEFORE ACTION - PRE ACTION PROTOCOL LETTER
Yes, this is a formal complaint against your CEO Fred Cassman & his recent highly illegal campaign involving the contacting of a mentally-ill member of my family with highly harassing, threatening, false & malicious content intended solely to cause maximum distress & discomfort. This outrageous, attempt to bully & intimidate others into silence will not be tolerated & you must understand this does not help in any way towards any kind of solution; further, you are not going to cowardly hide away behind your business & from culpability & being held to full account for your reckless/aggressive/illegal actions.
This is Misteliquids/Mr Cassman's last chance to apologise for, withdraw & promise never to repeat this harassing & menacing conduct - which I will consider the end of the matter. Failing this, the commencement of legal action seeking substantial damages for distress & damage to the health of an elderly, vulnerable person with well-documented health issues (as the defendant/Mr Cassman knows full well), complete with the full, very-visible, publicising of Mr Cassman's appalling, disgraceful conduct in substantial detail so other prospective customers can know the kind of people they are dealing with prior to making a purchase & choosing to get involved with this company.
A full response, making clear yours/Mr Cassman's agreement with the stipulated terms must be forthcoming by 1230pm GMT today. I hope to have informed you sufficiently.
