Impossible to navigate simply or easily

Automated responses that are useless, and do absolutely nothing to help. A real live person is what we need to talk to, not an automated response that takes you round and round in circles.

Terrible place to work

Customer Service Manager makes inappropriate comments to employees. She gets reported to Human Resources then gets a promotion from Customer Service Manager to Director. This company is insane! If you are not related to the owners or Management, you will highly likely not get any advancement/promotions. Employees should be promoted when they exceed expectations not promoted based on their relationship to others in the company.

The reason I called was to find out the status of my order as I had lost my tracking number and couldnt find it. The person I spoke to was very helpful and even sent me a picture of my order. I appreciate that .

Order didn't go through

I was trying to submit my order when it told me that they werent able to complete the order with the credit card. They asked situate a few minutes and then submit the order again. It happened again. When I went back to do it the third time the cart was empty And the sale was about two minutes before it was over. I sent an email but got no response in the morning. I called through this company which I thought had a very strange name but the lady on the phone didnt seem very anxious to help me. When I got off the phone I decided to not look up the items again.

Preferred solution: At this point nothing. I thought maybe they could look up my cart so I wouldn’t have to go through all the items again to find them.

Item not delivered

I have tried a couple of times to resolve this issue.. On July 16 I placed an order for the Missouri Star Wing template bundle 1 order number MSQ 10120****. On July 23rd I received a message that the item was out for delivery. On August 23rd I contacted MSQ notifying them that I had not received this item. I received a return e-mail from Mary Miller stating that she would resend the item. Today is September 10, 2021 and still no Missouri Star Wing template bundle 1.
