- - Filed a complaint about auto insurer rate hikes and no upload option.
- - Spoke over me, was rude, refused to let me explain, and hung up.
Someone tried to leave a message on my voice mail from the State Insurance Department but it was "garbled", couldn't understand it (That's what government does), so I erased it. They can answer in here so all people can see their answer/comment.
I tried to ask her how she could help me when I wasn't given the opportunity to upload all my evidence that showed the stupid reason(s) for my rates to go up, and as a senior, taxpayer, and registered voter I should not have to go through all of that simply because I put a few miles on my vehicle. Anyway, she would not allow me to speak, she would talk over me, and when I ask her to explain to me how she could help me when there wasn't any evidence uploaded to the website she said well, "I am going to hang up now", so she hung up and we had no further communication. She would not allow me to elaborate about the issue I am having with the insurance carrier, and I thought that was what the Mississippi Department of Insurance was therefore other than "approving" rate hikes for ridiculous reasons without getting the citizens' approval, that sounds like a "WOKE" ideology way of performing business in government to me. Anyway, She was rude, and I don't think my tax dollars should be contributing to her salary, after all she is a "Government employee", a public servant, with transparency, paid by my taxes and everyone else's taxes in this state who has insurance.
She and the State Insurance Commissioner "Chaney" work for us, we don't work for them.
They serve us, not the other way around. She needs to be replaced or needs to take a course in political science, and PR in government to learn who she serves she does not serve herself...I'll have to remember all of this when I go to the ballad box...
- Rude public employees

Well, I have nothing further to add to my complaint and I did receive some type of message on my voice mail from someone from there, but it was garbled, so couldn't understand it too well so I erased it. Putting mileage on a vehicle is normal business when insuring a vehicle and how many miles is a person suppose to "NOT" Put on their vehicle annually for the insurance rates not to go up?
I didn't know that in order to insure a vehicle that the insured is not allowed to drive their vehicle(a classic), or put miles on it. Putting 1940 miles in one year on a vehicle surely should not be enough reasonable explanation to raise a insures insurance premiums every 6 months $10 every six months, along with another "stupid explanation", "Inflation", ridiculous to say the least. As far as the rude employee, unless she is fired then nothing will be done, period.
I thought this was a "RED STATE"??????? I want you to answer in here so everyone can see your answers in the world.....
