Wonderful dealership! Very personable staff.

They made everyone that walked in feel right at home offered coffee, asked about my ride. No high pressure. Great selection of clothing and neat stuff not found at other dealers. Their bike prices seemed very reasonable - not a bunch of extra charges like other places.

50k service on my bike was outstanding. Harry did it right and fast and offered all kinds of tips on bike care. Parts guy found me some new bling.

The owner was on the showroom floor talking to us and other customers. The local riders told us the best places to grab a ***.

Mississippi Coast Harley Davidson - Horrible Service Review from Pleasanton, California

 Biloxi, Mississippi

The worst salesmen and horrible service department. They break your bike and claim its not their fault, If I pay for new part they will do the labor for free, I sholdnt of had to pay for anything they broke!

I complain to the sales man that sold us the bike and he litterly yells at me and tells me he doesnt have time for my drama, number 1, im not a drama queen and number 2, you sold us a used bike that ended up back in the shop 75 miles later. I understand that as is means as is but I was also informed while he was yelling at me that when they get trade ins, the bikes are not inspected, are only polished up and put out for sale. Was told if they rode in on them, that was good enough to resale them. Im out several 9 grand for the bike and $1400.00 for repairs and still have a bike that needs more repairs.

Manager never to be found nor the owner. Just a rude nasty salesman and very *** service techs.

Service destroyed my bike

took bike in for 40k service. service department found small issue in cams.

9k miles later shoe is covered in oil due to tec left bolt loose. dealer doesn't feel its his problem. finally agreed to fix if I spend 150 on fluid change. now I find out that when performing fix they cut several electrical wires and now lights and gas gauge doesn't work.

cuts were not accidental. worst 3grand I ever spent and now I have to wonder what else they broke.

wont go back due to what they have done so far is only made it worst.
