Bad experience with MCFLS, bad lawyer and secretary

The legal secretary Iola Gleece, ( in Jackson, Mississippi), is rude, she says " we don't receive mail that is certified", and the attorney Richard Hitt in Jackson office is rude, talks over you, and closes your case file when a client files a complaint against him with the Mississippi Bar. Doesn't allow a person to get a word in edgewise, and if you try to, he'll close your file before even acting on the case, and they will conspire against the client.
Also, filed a complaint with the Legal Services Corporation in Washington DC, via Certified mail, as well as the executive director, and board of directors. Also, a Congressional enquiry has been initiated ( since Congress appropiates funding for the Legal Services Corporation and Mississippi center for legal services). Our taxes pay for the grants that are handed out to the states that have legal services for those in need of legal help. Those agencies need to employ staff that is more respectful, and considerate of potential clients, there needs to be change in Mississippi Center for legal services.
There is an ongoing investigation into the operations, procedures and the general employment practices of that agency. A lawyer there should not close a clients file simply because the client filed grevences against the attorney. The complaints would not be filed if the assigned attorney would act professionally and with integrety.
They will send you a letter full of lies accusing the client of being rude, when in reality, it was them trying to save face, what a shame there are people who work in the occupation as a lawyer with questionable ethics and character, so sad our taxes ( in the form of grants), are appropiated for government agencies like that. I want my taxes back.
